1. Avoid bias

3. Easy to answer
4. Short as possible
5. Appropriate language for the subject group

8. Define your terms

12. Alternatives 
13. Avoid overlap
14. Provide all alternatives
15. Avoid bias

One of my objectives is to find out the kinds of people who visited the website

• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Connection to the school

My next objective is to find out the satisfaction with the information available on the site

• Likert scale rating
• Why they feel that way
• Were they able to find what they were looking for
